FAU vs. Tulsa

Written Ben Altidor - With the first game of the AAC conference for the FAU, the owls completely dominated the 1st half on both ends (Offensively and defensively). The great play in the opening quarter of the game versus Tulsa was a big defensive rush towards Tulsa. The PAT was good propelling Owls leading first half 7-0. Tusla gets ball turn over on downs. Owls ball Larry McCammon scores towndown for owls resulting in 14-0 for Owls in the first half. Both from Larry McCammon. In the 2nd quarter, Tulsa makes big rushing play which led scores in the end zone. Owls kicker Logan Lupo kicks a field goal and gives the owls an extra 3 points. FAU ended up making another field goal turning the score to 20-10. Owls get ball with under 2 minutes left of the quarter. They played it safe and called QB draw. As the clock go by 30 seconds left, FAU called another QB draw. Fau wins First hAAC Division conference game vs tulsa 20-17 at home.
